SBM Disconnection, Installation and Reconnection - Algeciràs (2009)
Scope of Work:
- Disconnection of 6 anchor chains of the SBM and connection of a 6 buoyancy tank system to hold 550 tons underwater
- Towing of SBM from offshore to dry dock for repairs and back to offshore for reconnection
- Removing 6 buoyancy tank and reinstalling 6 anchor chains to SBM
- Reconnection of SBM
Resources:
- A team of 18 personnel, including a 12 man air and mixed gas diving team
- 1 air and mixed gas diving container, complete with hot water system for deep diving
- 1 DDC

Repair of Pipeline and Installation of Clamps - Huevla (2009)
Scope of Work:
- Underwater inspection of pipeline
- Dredging of seabed to release pipeline structure for installation of clamps
- Cutting of concrete structure that support pipeline to the refinery
- Installation of 6 new pipeline clamps

- A team of 12 personnel, including 9 air divers
- DSV Sirena Real as support vessel and crane facilities

SBM Installation and Structural Repairs - Alegciràs (2008)
Scope of Work:
- Securing and cutting of 6 anchor chains of the SBM in order to repair chain pocket shell plating
- Replacement of 6 shock absorbers, top anchor chains (to extend chain length) and shackles of the SBM
- Jacking 6 x150 tons to release chain tension after extension of chains
- Installation of 6 pins
- Replaced pockets of the SBM steel structure
- Replaced the centre tank of the SBM steel structure
- Replaced damaged and corroded deck plating of the SBM structure
- Replaced 6 pin doors of the SBM
- Fabricated 9 new top cover doors of the SBM
- High-pressure cleaned and painted the SBM

- Cleaning approximately 850 m3 of shells and mussels from the anchor block of the SBM
- Replaced 1 riser section 10 m
- Work carried out in between cargo operations

Scope of Work:
- Provide procurement system for client during the mobilization of barge
- Provide daily project management reporting system
- Provide storage and logistical support for equipment to be installed and mobilized onto the barge
- Installation of sea fasteners and various equipment on barge
